What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, through two places on this site:

• The "Say Oye!" contact form — your name, email, phone number, company (optional), the service and budget you select, and any project details you write.
• The chat at oye.media/chat — whatever you tell our AI assistant, including your name, project details, timeline, and your preferred contact method, plus the conversation transcript.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use what you share to:

• Respond to your enquiry and follow up about your project
• Keep a record of leads and conversations for our own reference
• Send you a confirmation email when you submit the form or chat

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to you:

• Resend — delivers the confirmation and notification emails triggered by the form and chat.
• Anthropic — powers the AI assistant at oye.media/chat; your messages there are processed by their Claude models to generate replies.

We don't share your information with anyone else beyond what's needed to operate this site and respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and chat records for as long as they're useful for following up with you and running our business. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email hey@oye.media.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
